Pioneer Initiative
Pioneer was a Malaria Consortium Uganda project funded by Comic Relief UK. The project worked in mid-western Uganda to reduce both the number of cases of malaria and deaths caused by the disease by supporting the Ministry of Health – and the National Malaria Control Programme – at national, district and community levels.
