Online services
Stripe Payments
As of November 2020, donations made to Malaria Consortium through malariaconsortium.org will be made using an external platform, Stripe Payments.
Stripe Payments is a payment processing platform that allows Malaria Consortium to receive donations via debit or credit card. To make a donation, users will have to provide their payment details in addition to name, address and email address. There is an optional field for donors to supply their telephone number. This information will be stored on the Stripe Payments system and governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Eligible UK taxpayers who wish to add Gift Aid to their donation via Stripe will be prompted to declare their eligibility during the donation process. This information will then be shared with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for Malaria Consortium to claim Gift Aid on the donation. For more information on how HMRC handle the data they receive, see their Privacy Policy.
If you have a question or complaint about issues relating to our services hosted by Stripe Payments, you can email us at [email protected].
