The purpose of this policy is to minimise fraud through a series of measures, including clear policies and processes, regular internal and external audits, and training for all staff.

The purpose of this policy is to prevent opportunities for money laundering activities to occur within the organisation.

 

 

Code of Conduct

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to establish a common understanding of the standards of behaviour required by Malaria Consortium. Our Code of Conduct is binding on all staff, including global positions and national roles, full- and part-time staff, interns, contractors, suppliers, consultants, volunteers and Trustees.

 

 

Combatting Trafficking in Persons: Compliance Plan

Non-institutional Funding Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all financial contributions from non-institutional sources are aligned with the organisation’s charitable mission, subject to robust due diligence and managed with transparency.
 

 

 

Procurement Policy

The aim of this policy is to govern the planning, sourcing and delivery of supplies, services and works (i.e. products) that provide good value and accountability to those we serve, through effective and timely procurement planning and processes that are proportionate, transparent and fair, and in compliance with donor rules and applicable laws.

 

 

Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Statement of Commitment

The PSEA Statement of Commitment is concerned with the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) of adults (anyone over the age of 18), and children (anyone below the age of 18). This includes direct or indirect participants of Malaria Consortium’s programmatic activities, adults in the wider communities in which it works and those who come into contact with Malaria Consortium or its representatives.

 

 

Research and Evaluation Ethics Policy

The purpose of this policy document is to describe procedures and guidance for protecting the rights and welfare of people enrolled in research conducted by or under the direction of Malaria Consortium.

 

 

Research Misconduct Policy

Research is central to Malaria Consortium’s work and essential to improving health and healthcare delivery. Malaria Consortium conducts research in a range of locations, transmission settings and health systems to develop and test new approaches and products, and learn from and improve our projects and programmes. Maintaining high standards of research ethics, and adhering to our Code of Conduct is critical to generate quality information for decision-making.

 

 

Risk Management Policy

The purpose of this policy is to identify and manage the risks to which Malaria Consortium is exposed, and the amount of risk we are willing to accept in pursuit of achieving our strategic objectives.

 

 

Safeguarding Policy

The purpose of this policy is to outline the organisation's commitment to the belief that all children and vulnerable adults have equal rights to protection from violence and exploitation. This policy is accompanied by guidance, downloadable below.

 

 

Safety and Security Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Malaria Consortium staff, partners and assets are not exposed to unacceptable levels of risk as a result of the participation in organisational operations.

 

 

Travel policy

The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework to regulate travel undertaken to support Malaria Consortium’s work.

 


Whistleblowing Policy

The aim of the Malaria Consortium Whistle Blowing Policy is to provide a mechanism for anyone to report any suspicious, unethical, abusive or corrupt activities without fear of being penalised in any way.
