Support to National Malaria Programme 2008–2016

Publication Date:
16/02/2016
Type:
Project report

This report summarises the achievements of the Support to National Malaria Programme (SuNMaP), a UK aid-funded project working with the government and people of Nigeria to strengthen the national effort to control malaria. SuNMaP demonstrated that it is possible to use one disease control programme as an entry point to strengthen the health system without losing momentum towards achieving the direct objectives of that health programme.
