Strengthening the pneumonia response in Chad: Formative assessment 2022

Publication Date:

Type:
Project report

In Chad, pneumonia has a high mortality rate (23.7 percent) among children under five. To address this disease, a harmonised and coordinated response from the Ministry of Public Health and National Solidarity, in collaboration with its various partners, is more necessary than ever. Malaria Consortium, in partnership with the Ministry of Public Health and National Solidarity, has initiated a project to develop a pneumonia control strategy that will build on current methods and systems used at different levels of the health system to improve pneumonia management.
