The World Health Organization recommends seasonal malaria chemoprevention (SMC) to prevent malaria in those most vulnerable. This pilot study will assess the feasibility, acceptability and protective effect of SMC in Nampula province, Mozambique, where malaria transmission is highly seasonal.
