Insecurity and hyperinflation complicate health service delivery in South Sudan, resulting in limited access to basic malaria diagnostic, treatment and vector control interventions. The Scaling Up for Universal Coverage and Impact project aims to reduce malaria morbidity and mortality by 80 percent by 2020, compared to 2013 levels.
