First round of SMC distribution successfully completed in Burkina Faso, Chad, Guinea & Nigeria

ACCESS-SMC has just completed a successful first cycle of SMC distribution, distributing approximately 1.8M treatments in Burkina Faso, Chad, Guinea and Nigeria. While figures are still provisional, requiring further confirmation and analysis, initial data received from the field suggests that coverage rates were high ranging from 83% to 99.8% in the countries concerned.
