Steph is a global philanthropy strategist focused on directing capital to high-impact, evidence-backed opportunities and building the fundraising systems required to scale them.
She previously held a senior leadership role at GiveWell, where she helped scale fundraising to $300 million annually. She now advises foundations and philanthropic funds on fundraising strategy, donor engagement and capital allocation, with a focus on building systems that support rapid organisational scale.
Her work includes partnering with ultra-high-net-worth donors and institutions to deploy capital effectively in complex, high-stakes domains. Steph brings particular expertise in major gifts, portfolio strategy and scalable fundraising infrastructure, and supports Malaria Consortium in strengthening its fundraising approach and engaging effectively with global funding partners.
