Rose Zulliger, Director of Technical Services and Innovation
Rose is a public health leader with over 15 years’ experience supporting evidence-informed strategy, research and programme implementation across malaria and other infectious diseases, including HIV/AIDS and COVID-19.
She has led global technical work on malaria vaccines, chemoprevention and operational planning, and brings deep expertise in evidence-informed strategy and partnerships. Rose has held senior roles with the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative, CDC and USAID, and has consulted for GiveWell, RBM and WHO AFRO. She holds a PhD from Johns Hopkins University and has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles, books, and book chapters.
