This is a brief project report for Malaria Consortium's Rapid NTD Mapping work, which determined the areas of South Sudan that required mass drug administration (MDA) of preventive chemotherapy for neglected tropical diseases, including lymphatic filariasis (LF), onchocerciasis, intestinal worms, schistosomiasis, and trachoma. It delivered integrated MDA to at-risk populations in the mapped areas and treated 130,000 people for trachoma in 2010.
