Building Resilient Communities in Aweil South through Health Interventions

This project aims to build resilient communities in Aweil South, through strengthening health interventions, including the management of communicable diseases, reproductive health and non-communicable diseases. Supportive supervision, mentoring and training will play a key role to provide quality health services. In addition, the project will strengthen Surveillance of vaccine preventable diseases and, Early Warning and Response for Disease Outbreak detection such as Cholera, Measles, Hepatitis and Hemorrhagic fever.
