This presentation was given at the first International Summit on Social and Behaviour Change Communication in February 2016. It discusses the results and lessons learnt from a project implemented in Uganda to foster a ‘malaria control culture’ following mass distribution of long lasting insecticidal nets and social behaviour change communication approaches, including net distribution and promoting malaria control behaviours in primary schools.
