The project Strengthening Malaria Surveillance for Data-driven Decision-making in Mozambique, was funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This was a three-and-a-half-year programme implemented by Malaria Consortium in close collaboration with the Mozambique National Malaria Control Programme, the Centro de Investigação em Saúde de 
Manhiça Manhiça and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. The project aimed to strengthen malaria surveillance, improve data quality, and increase the use of data for strategic and operational decision-making in Mozambique.
