The project’s goal was to contribute to the sustained reduction of malaria morbidity and the severity of the disease in Boloso Sore and Damot Sore districts of Wolaita zone in the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR). The project aimed to strengthen the management and technical capacity of the primary healthcare units to maintain high coverage and the use of high-impact anti-malaria interventions. The project has been a big success and has achieved the objectives and overall goal in reducing malaria morbidity and severity of the disease in Boloso Sore and Damot Sore districts.
