The National Malaria Control Division and Malaria Consortium conducted a seasonal malaria chemoprevention (SMC) implementation study in two districts of Karamoja to assess its suitability amongst the nomadic pastoralist population. The intervention was accepted by the community, perceiving SMC as highly relevant.
