Malaria Consortium has been a leading implementer of seasonal malaria chemoprevention (SMC) since the World Health Organization issued its recommendation to scale up the intervention in 2012. Since 2018, we have continued to implement SMC in Burkina Faso, Chad and Nigeria. In 2019, our SMC programme aims to reach six million children through the efforts of 76,000 individuals.
