World Malaria Day
World Malaria Day, April 25, is the day that advocates and citizens around the world come together to raise awareness of the impact malaria and mobilise on actions to help defeat the disease. We engage in a range of advocacy activities to mark this day both nationally and internationally.
World Pneumonia Day
November 12 marks World Pneumonia Day. We join partners across the globe to raise awareness of the need to protect, prevent and treat pneumonia, the leading cause of death of children under five worldwide.
Universal Health Coverage Day
December 12 is Universal Health Coverage Day when global health partners mark the historic UN endorsement of UHC in 2012 and mobilise to advocate for its adoption around the world. Malaria Consortium is an active member of this growing movement, both as a partner organisation and as a member of Action for Global Health.

ASEAN Dengue Day
June 15 is ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) Dengue Day. Since the official launch in 2011 in Jakarta, Indonesia, the day provides an opportunity for collective advocacy to highlight innovative and effective strategies in the prevention and control of dengue. Simultaneous activities at regional, national and sub-national levels are organised every year on this day to raise awareness on dengue, and to mobilise resources for prevention and control involving private and public sector stakeholders.
