NEWS - Count me in: A World Malaria Day hub for the Malaria Community

Malaria Consortium, in partnership with Roll Back Malaria, led in the development of www.worldmalariaday.org, a dynamic and interactive information and advocacy portal. The World Malaria Day website was established to help individuals and civil society contribute to the achievement of the Global Malaria Action Plan goals.

The site provides the first-ever medium through which civil society groups can share their work and disseminate their messages on malaria treatment and prevention on and around World Malaria Day. The World Malaria Day website provides a hub where users can:
·    Share best practice and successes
·    Update live news and events on World Malaria Day
·    Share the most informative and interesting links on malaria, the disease, treatment and prevention

You can also show your support for ensuring that every man, woman and child in malaria-affected regions has access to essential prevention and treatment services by 2010 by counting yourself in to Count Malaria Out on the site.
