Theresa Pike Rhodes

Theresa Pike Rhodes is a resource development professional with 30+ years’ experience supporting mission driven organizations with strategic planning guidance, volunteer and board leadership development, transformational and major gift fundraising leadership, budget planning, and recruiting and managing talent.  She has worked for leading organizations including: Project Hope; CARE; Merlin USA; United Nations Foundation; and the Charles Darwin Foundation.  She is a former Board Member and Tutor for a Washington, DC Homeless Children’s non-profit.  Theresa graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS degree in Social Work.  She currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband and three sons.
