Dawa Dem

Dawa is currently the Lead Advisory Manager at Charities Aid Foundation. One of the largest philanthropic organisation in the UK.

She is responsible for managing key partnerships with corporate foundations, government departments, philanthropists and charities. She also leads their charity consultancy. Working closely with the charity leadership team and advising them on diversifying income from private partnership (major donor) to direct marketing and often looking at their overall resilience as an organisation.

Dawa has more than 18 years of international development and fundraising experience and has worked with organisation such as UNICEF, Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV), The Resources Alliance and Resource Alliance. She is also the Bhutan country expert- Gender and Social Index for OECD.
