Tracey Cunningham provides HR advice on issues affecting the organisation, drawing from over 10 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector, spanning across the UK, Africa and Asia, and as a chartered member of the CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development. 

Tracey leads the full HR remit including the employee lifecycle and employee relations, reward, learning and development, safeguarding, engagement and wellbeing. 

Tracey is also responsible for overseeing international HR operations and leading on engagement and culture to ensure Malaria Consortium achieves its mission whilst being a great place to work.
