West & Central Africa Director

Dr Kolawole Maxwell offers extensive knowledge of primary health care and planning and managing health activities at community, facility and policy levels, having worked for over two decades as a Community Health Physician. 

Maxwell has expertise in patient care management, health systems strengthening, health sector reform management, institutional development, behavioural change communication, community engagement in health and malaria control. 

As Malaria Consortium's West and Central Africa Programmes Director, Maxwell provides support and oversight to all country directors in the region. He also leads Malaria Consortium’s Nigeria Country Programme.
