Current Vacancies at Malaria Consortium
Malaria Consortium is a leading international organisation working in Africa and Asia as well as at global level on communicable disease control. Malaria Consortium manages a large number of communicable disease projects in a number of countries. These projects range from technical support at central government level to direct implementation of projects for the control of malaria, tuberculosis, diarrhoeal diseases and neglected tropical diseases at district and community levels.
The following roles are available:
Technical Advisors / Public Health Specialists to support multiple Malaria Consortium projects (Reference: MCPH1)
Experienced disease control specialists, responsible for provision of technical support in control of malaria and other tropical diseases to a range of Malaria Consortium programmes and projects worldwide. They will also contribute to development of strategies to scale up delivery of existing and new effective interventions, and will participate in monitoring, evaluation and operational research. They will be expected to travel extensively as part of a responsive team supporting a growing portfolio of projects.

Deputy Africa Finance Manager, Uganda
We are looking for a Deputy Africa Finance Manager for our Kampala Office in Uganda. He/she will assist our Africa Finance Manager to manage the finances of our Africa offices in Uganda, Mozambique, North & South Sudan, Zambia and Ethiopia. He/she will also be in charge of producing regular project management accounts and timely donor reports. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent accounting, IT and communication skills; and at least 5 years experience of similar work.

Vector Control Specialist, Uganda
Malaria Consortium is engaged in all aspects of malaria vector control including development of policies and strategies as well as the design and implementation of large-scale insecticide-treated mosquito net and indoor residual spraying programmes.
The Vector Control Specialist has responsibility for leading the development and implementation of MC Africa’s portfolio of work in vector control and will ensure technical quality on these issues.
