Topics

There are many aspects in the management and control of malaria, all of which need to be properly addressed to achieve success in the fight against this devastating disease. These cover areas such as case management including treatment policies, home based management of fever and diagnosis; disease control which includes use of insecticide-treated nets, indoor residual spraying and disease control in emergency settings; and advocacy to raise awareness about malaria at all levels.  These are the issues to which Malaria Consortium is very much committed and seeks to address through our wide range of programmes.

You will find in these pages a selection of topics that cover the key areas and issues in malaria and its control.

Each topic features an overview of the subject, key points, summaries of our programme activities, links to external sites and PDFs (or external links) of suggested further reading or project reports.
