About Us

Malaria Consortium is the world’s leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the control of malaria, we apply our depth of technical expertise and practical experience to develop smarter solutions that improve and save lives. Beyond malaria, we work to control childhood illnesses, with a new focus on treating and preventing neglected tropical diseases.

Our structure
With 95% of our staff working in malaria endemic areas, our local insight and practical tools give us the agility to respond to critical challenges quickly and effectively.
Malaria Consortium has a global network of offices across Africa and Asia, supporting programmes in 20 countries.

Our difference
We continuously innovate and increase the impact of malaria and disease control programmes so that they benefit all communities, including delivery in the most challenging environments – we have pioneered best practices and approaches, setting the standards that others now follow.

Our approach
Our unique structure and robust approach to tackling malaria enables us to deliver programmes that are amongst the most cost effective public health programmes.

Our values
•    To promote ownership and capacity development in all our work
•    To develop practical delivery systems that are good value and implementable
•    To reach the poor
•    Achieve impact and reduce the burden of malaria
