ESMI partners will work closely with the Ghana Health Service, National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) and the Private Sector to establish a long-term capacity for Ghanaian households to affordably access LLINs to prevent malaria in their families and communities. This will be achieved primarily via establishing an efficient subsidy mechanism able to target specific subpopulations with reduced price nets via an e-coupon system, thus contributing to Ghana?s capacity to maintain or increase household LLIN coverage across Ghana particularly in high transmission and/or low-income settings. The ESMI project is primed by the Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs (JHU-CCP) in partnership with MEDA Canada and Malaria Consortium. Malaria Consortium is the monitoring and evaluation lead for the project.John Hopkins UniversityMalaria ConsortiumMalaria ConsortiumMalaria Consortiumiati@malariaconsortium.orgThe Green House, 244-254 Cambridge Heath Road, London, E2 9DA, United KingdomMalaria control461542425675749John Hopkins University131613John Hopkins UniversityGB-CHC-1099776-M8-GHMalaria ConsortiumGhana e-Enhanced Social Marketing Initiative (ESMI) Project [Ghana]The Ghana e-Enhance Social Marketing (ESMI) Project is a 2 ? year DFID supported project to be implemented in the six southern regions of the country- Greater Accra, Eastern, Volta, Western, Central and Ashanti.
